The Strategy is structured around four pillars, A Home for Everyone, Future Conscious, Reviving Nature and Places for Connection, and sets out clear actions across planning, construction and resident onboarding. It outlines how programs, infrastructure and partnerships will be sequenced to support belonging, sustainability and everyday connection as the community grows.
